Manatee County Foreclosure Sales increase in 2010

48% of 2010 Manatee County Sales are Foreclosures

2010 was the year of the foreclsoure sale in Manatee county.  Traditional (non-distressed) sales have decreased from 3,787 properties in 2008 to 3148 in 2010.  However, foreclosures sales (REO/bank owned plus short sales) have increased from 565 properties in 2008 to 3,148 in 2010. 

The graph and chart below show the number of traditional (non-distressed) sales, short sales and REO/bank owned sales in Manatee County since 2008.
