Jim Cramer of CNBC: "It's Time To Buy Real Estate"

I have been telling my agents that this housing market will not turn around until mortgage rates come down (to 3.5% in my opinion).
After today's announcement that the Federal Reserve is
going to lower interest rates again, CNBC's Jim Cramer announced that
Its Time to Buy Real Estate.
If you're a regular CNBC watcher, Jim Cramer needs no
introduction. If you're not, you might recall that bald guy who makes stock
recommendations while screaming at the top of his lungs on TV.
Regardless, Jim's pronouncement is significant in that it
was only a year or so ago that Jim Cramer was on TV (The Today Show?) and
utterred his then famous "don't you dare buy real estate" comment.
