NBC's Today Show: Sarasota FL #1 city in US

This morning on the Today Show, real estate guru Barbara Corcoran named the Top Ten cities in the US to buy real estate. Sarasota Florida was named the number one city in the US.
Ms. Corcoran stated, "Sarasota FL is probably what is a symbol of the worst real estate market in the country. The Florida markets were hit early. Last year alone prices went down by a full third in Sarasota FL, but prices are already up 13%"
Al Roker replied "So that’s good there is a rebound." Barbara was qick to add "Its moving fast, they're snapping up bargains."
